Axial Rockville 64 will be two spec industrial buildings that will bring a total of 350,000 square feet to Goochland County. Developed by Crescent's Axial Industrial division and Atapco Properties. This is Atapco Properties first project in the Richmond Region. The buildings could accommodate a single user or multiple tenants in sectors including logistics, distribution, light manufacturing, and assembly.
